Arm Bar From Behind is an alternative way to apply an arm bar on your opponent. It begins in the position of you have your opponent’s back and he’s struggling to sit up. As he is doing that, you are going to have your arms underhooking his to hold him in place, then take one arm and go up and over his head, push it down and then roll over and lift your legs up and into the arm bar position.
This is a technique that will need considerable practice with a partner because your opponent will be struggling and you’ll have to learn how to manage them and place them where you want them in order to pull this submission off.
